An ISO places merchant files with acquiring partners. It does not hold funds and does not make the credit decision. Most bad experiences in this segment come from providers who blur that line.
We keep the line visible. We are the channel: we configure, we reconcile, we answer. The acquiring relationship sits with a partner whose terms we don't restate.
We're deliberately small. A file gets read by a person reachable on WhatsApp, not routed through a queue.

What we don't do
- We don't hold funds. We don't underwrite. We don't promise approval — no provider that reads files honestly can.
- We don't quote guaranteed rates. If a competitor guarantees you 2.5% on MOTO hospitality volume, they are mispricing the risk or planning to reprice you in month three.
- We don't disclose our upstream channel partner. That is standard in this industry and it protects the pricing we can offer you.
