Most processors in this segment won't put a number on a page, because the number invites comparison. We publish ours because the alternative — a rate that appears only after a sales call — is how merchants end up in month four discovering a reserve they never agreed to.

You start at L1. Movement upward is earned: fourteen clean days for L2, thirty days above 150,000 USD for L3, a quarterly review for L4. Tiers do not move down on their own — the only mechanism that reduces your limits is the risk trigger set, and you'll see those numbers below rather than in a footnote.
Withheld per tier — 10% for thirty days at L1 and L2, 8% for twenty-one at L3, 5% for fourteen at L4. Released when the term ends and chargebacks clear. We state it here because a reserve you discover later feels like a penalty; a reserve you agreed to is just terms.
Chargeback rate above 1.5%. Concentration above 30% in a single issuing bank. Daily decline rate above 25%. Crossing any one downgrades your velocity first — your share doesn't move. Forty-eight hours without improvement suspends the channel.
Those three numbers are the reason the other numbers hold. Any provider who won't show you theirs is asking you to trust arithmetic you can't check.
Ranges, not a promise. Final terms depend on the file. Hollis Payments LLC is not a bank and does not hold, custody or transmit funds.
