How it works

Four steps, and what you walk away with at each one.

The sequence is published in full, including the parts that take longer than a sales call would promise.

Step 1 — Apply

Three fields: monthly keyed-entry volume, your current processor, and a business email. That's the whole form. We don't ask for bank statements, tax returns, or a call before we'll talk to you.

You get: a written assessment against published ranges, usually within one business day.

Step 2 — Underwriting review

Three to five business days. A human reads the file — volume, ticket size, countries served, prior chargeback history. This is the part most brokers skip, and it's the part that determines whether you're still processing in six months.

You get: one of three answers. Approval. A counter-range with the reason attached. Or a clear no, with the specific number that killed it.

Step 3 — MID and terminal configuration

A test MID is issued and capped at 500 USD. One transaction proves the whole chain — gateway, descriptor, settlement path — without exposing you to real volume. Result inside 24 hours.

Once it clears, you ramp: 500 USD a day for three days, 2,000 USD a day for seven. Slow on purpose. A file that behaves under a small limit tells us more than any application form.

You get: gateway parameters on your existing terminal, billing descriptor set to your DBA, velocity limits issued against your tier.

Step 4 — First settlement

Settlement follows your tier — T+3 at entry, down to same-day at the top. Every midnight UTC you receive a reconciliation file: time, amount, first six and last four of the card, status, response code.

You get: the money, and a file that matches it line for line. If those two ever disagree, the file is what we work from.

Terminals we configure

Bring your own hardware. We configure it.

You probably already own the terminal. The question is whether it does keyed-entry, and whether anyone will configure it properly instead of shipping you a new lease. We don't sell hardware and we don't lock devices. If your model is on this list, we provision it. If it isn't, we'll name two that do and let you buy them anywhere you like.

Keyed-entry capability by model. Configuration is done on the gateway side; you keep the terminal.

What we set on the gateway

Keyed-entry enabled. Card verification and address verification off, which is standard for card-not-present and would otherwise decline good transactions. Billing descriptor set to your DBA, so the charge reads as your business name on the customer's statement — not ours. Duplicate window at 120 seconds, so a double key-in doesn't become two chargebacks. Partial approval off, tip adjust off. Velocity limits issued against your tier and adjusted only under the conditions in your agreement.

You don't touch any of it. We issue the parameter sheet at configuration and you keep a copy.

What we do not place

The list does not move.

No volume estimate changes it. Saying this up front saves everyone a week.

Money transmission

Anything requiring a money transmitter licence, or aggregating another merchant's volume through your account.

Regulated goods

Firearms and ammunition, cannabis and hemp-derived products, adult content and adult subscription billing.

Wagering

Online gambling, sports betting, fantasy wagering, and debt-collection or credit-repair files without documentation.

Tell us the volume and the terminal model.

Those two answers are usually enough to know whether a file will place.
