Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 November 2026. Short version: we collect what an underwriter needs, we never touch card data, we do not sell anything, and this site sets no advertising cookies.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, business email, business phone, company name. Used to reply to enquiries and prepare an application.
- Business information — formation documents, ownership identification, bank letter, processing statements, website. Required by the Acquirer to underwrite your account.
- Transaction metadata — volume, average ticket, chargeback ratio. Used to assess fit and monitor the account.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited on this site. Used for site security and aggregate counts only.
2. What we do not collect
We never ask for, and never store, full card numbers, CVV codes, or cardholder personal data. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for card data by email, it is not us — report it to [email protected].
3. How we use it
- To assess and submit your merchant application to one or more Acquirers.
- To communicate with you about the application and, if approved, the ongoing account.
- To meet legal, tax and card-network record-keeping obligations.
- To send occasional business updates — only if you asked for them, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
4. Who we share it with
We share application data with the Acquirer(s) and their processors considering your file. We use service providers for email delivery, document storage and accounting, each under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
5. Retention
Application records are retained for five years after the relationship ends, as required by card-network and anti-money-laundering record-keeping rules. Marketing contact data is deleted within 30 days of an unsubscribe request.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie used is strictly functional (session and security). We do not use tracking pixels in email, and the site carries no third-party analytics script.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with the receiving party.
